Brook is the CEO and Founder of Charge On. Most recently Brook was the Director of Commercial Operations at Sunrun. Prior to his tenure at Sunrun, Brook was the Executive Vice President of Omni Energy, a California Commercial Solar Developer that specialized in Multifamily Solar Development and Deployment. At the time Omni was the nation’s Multifamily Solar Developer and policy leader.

Prior to Omni Brook spent 10+years at Tesla/SolarCity, most recently as was the Senior Director for Commercial Operations. In this role Brook was responsible for the first Tesla Supercharger / Solar facility in Tejon Ranch, CA. In addition to that accomplishment Brook was responsible for the development of the PV Carport program, including all Division of State Architect projects. During his tenure, he led projects of over 200MWs in 4 states, including Genetech’s marque 8.5MW facility in CA. Brook oversaw portfolios for Amazon, Walmart and Hewlitt Pacard, to name a few.

Most recently, Jesse was the Founder and CEO of Omni Energy. Jesse began his career in construction and development in 1998 in California. Jesse worked in traditional vertical construction and development for clients such as Johnson Controls, Hunt, Obayashi Corporation, Swinerton, Hathaway Dinwiddie, and Turner.

Jesse entered the renewable space in 2009 as the Director of Operations for a Kyocera private equity fund. Jesse went on to lead new markets as Vice President for M+W America’s where he worked with OPIC to develop a public private equity fund that invested in renewables in the Caribbean and South America.

After M+W, Jesse spent 4 years at SolarCity-Tesla as the Vice President of Project Development. While there, he managed a team of 400 developers, underwriters, project managers and engineers. The project management team was responsible for 200+ MWs of solar development and deployment for small utilities, schools, and some the nation’s largest private sector clients including Walmart, Target, HP, Amazon, Walgreens, BJs and more. During his tenure at SolarCity/Tesla Jesse worked within the policy space to expand and develop several multibillion-dollar incentive programs in California.

Caleb is a 20-year seasoned journeyman certified electrician in California, Idaho, Washington, and Oregon. During his career, Caleb has worked extensively with medium voltage and communication systems. A strong background in utility scale PV, Caleb lives and breathes renewable energy projects.

Caleb supports Charge On LLC in a multitude of ways, including commissioning, testing, managing teams, and providing excellent communication with our customers. Caleb works until the job is done and takes immense pride in a successful job. Fun fact: Caleb is our trainer for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) & Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE)

As renewable energy continues to take center stage and projects continue to be built, “Service Happens.” An 11 year veteran of the renewable energy revolution, Shane joined the team to use his extensive experience in service work and keeping projects online. Shane started as an Installer 1 and has worked every role along the way. He has worked as a Quality Assurance (QA) Technician, Operations Management, and Service Tech. At Charge On, Shane demonstrates his skills in management and keeps projects producing power. During his career, Shane has worked on multiple megawatt plus projects.

Today, Shane keeps customer systems operating on time, on budget, and gets things running the way they should have from day one.
